About the role

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare and type meeting agendas and take meeting minutes if necessary.
  • Maintain an adequate level of office supplies and replenish this as needed.
  • Complete check requests, purchase orders (as directed) and submit and track all work orders.
  • Send emails and memos and directed.
  • Sort and distribute mail and invoices for timely review and/or payment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Type, proof and submit items as directed.
  • Answer telephone and relay messages when necessary.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
