Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Sales Specialist, located at Kochi. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts, maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, and effectively communicating product information. The role also involves managing inventory, tracking stock availability, and coordinating with the sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to meet targets and understand customer needs
- Knowledge and experience in Inventory Control processes and systems
- A passion for automobiles and familiarity with automotive parts, particularly for European brands, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in inventory software or stock management tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred
