Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Manager, based in Vadodara. The Parts Manager will oversee inventory control and manage service parts to maintain an optimal stock level. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service for parts inquiries, and supporting repair or maintenance operations with efficient parts supply. The role also involves monitoring inventory systems to align with operational demands and ensuring the seamless flow of parts within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Service Parts management and related processes
- Effective organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Relevant experience in automotive or parts management roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
