About the role

At Beyond Talks With Shrinngar, we don’t chase guests.
We build conversations people genuinely want to be part of.
Your job is to help us find those people, reach out to them, follow up smartly, and turn cold conversations into meaningful collaborations.
What you'll do
- Reach out to founders, creators, artists, experts & public personalities for podcast appearances
- Write outreach emails & DMs that actually sound human
- Coordinate with guests and their teams
- Build guest pipelines so the calendar never goes empty
- Track replies, follow-ups & conversions
- Research interesting stories, trends & personalities worth featuring
- Help us grow Beyond Talks as a modern media & conversation brand
What we're looking for
You know how to communicate without sounding robotic.
You understand that one good follow-up can change everything.
You’re comfortable talking to strangers on email, LinkedIn & Instagram.
You enjoy internet culture, creators, podcasts & storytelling.
You’re organised enough to manage conversations without losing context.
Experience in outreach, PR, partnerships, sales or creator management is a plus.
But curiosity, confidence & communication matter more.
