Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Partnerships Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Partnerships Specialist will identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, corporate entities, and community organizations that align with FHLE’s mission and programs. Daily responsibilities include researching potential partners, preparing outreach materials, conducting meetings, and supporting negotiations to establish strategic collaborations. The role involves coordinating joint initiatives, tracking partnership performance, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of partnership activities. The Partnerships Specialist will also collaborate with program, fundraising, and communications teams to ensure that partnership efforts advance organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, develop, and manage impactful collaborations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities, to engage stakeholders and present FHLE’s mission clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess opportunities, interpret data, and evaluate partnership outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to pitch initiatives, secure commitments, and maintain long-term partner engagement.
- Relevant experience in nonprofit, social impact, or public sector partnerships is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact respectfully with diverse communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Policy, Business, or Development Studies is preferred.
- Comfort with basic project management tools and reporting practices; prior experience in New Delhi or similar urban environments is an advantage.
