Job Title: Partnerships & Growth Specialist
Ebizfiling India Pvt. Ltd., established in 2017, is dedicated to simplifying entrepreneurship by offering end-to-end legal, tax, and compliance solutions. We are hiring a result-oriented Partnerships & Growth Specialist to expand our strategic alliances network.
Role Overview:
You will identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with organizations that engage with entrepreneurs at the early stages of business formation. The objective is to position our company as the preferred partner for compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with banks, NBFCs, co-working spaces, incubators, VC firms, and SaaS platforms.
Structure and close win-win deals including revenue-sharing and white-label models.
Manage the full partner lifecycle from outreach to long-term engagement.
Train partners and provide marketing support to drive referrals.
Track lead quality, conversions, and optimize partner performance.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Alliances or Channel Sales (Fintech/Legal-Tech/Ed-Tech preferred).
Strong skills in cold outreach, negotiation, and deal closure.
Excellent communication skills for engaging CXOs and founders.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Analytical mindset to assess partnership effectiveness.
