Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Partnerships Specialist will develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships to support the firm’s growth and client engagement objectives. Responsibilities include identifying potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, fostering long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnership goals with the firm’s strategic initiatives. The role requires monitoring industry trends, analyzing potential collaborations, and contributing to the business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify, develop, and manage meaningful collaborations.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional Communication and Sales skills to effectively negotiate, build relationships, and foster partner trust.
- Proficiency in business development or prior experience working in client-focused roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field; advanced degrees would be an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills along with the ability to work on-site collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
