Shiminly is expanding its team and hiring for roles across Operations and Sales. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, communication, partnerships, and learner development.
1. Partnerships Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage coordination and implementation of Shiminly’s learning programs across partner schools and institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with educators, coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, partnerships, program coordination, or client servicing within ed-tech or education
- Strong communication and organizational skills
2. Business Development & Sales Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and B2C outreach for Shiminly’s programs across schools, parents, and learners
- Manage lead follow-ups, relationship-building, and sales conversations
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within ed-tech or education
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Additional Information
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai, even though the role is remote
