About the role:
- You will be Identifying, initiating, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.
- You will be developing and nurturing strong corporate relationships, fostering collaboration and trust to support the organization's financial objectives and strategic initiatives.
- You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore and leverage new opportunities for market expansion through alliances, contributing to increased revenue and customer base.
- Maintaining, managing and scaling existing partnerships.
What you will be doing:
- Educate partners about the company, keep them updated on the new offerings and get referrals for sales team
- Have frequent conversations with partners to identify industry trends and exchange learnings
- Generate sales opportunities from the partner ecosystem. you would be expected to hit a quota of pipeline generated
- Work with marketing to execute joint marketing activities with partners
- Build new partnerships avenues, turn them to playbooks and train new members
- Build the overall strategy for building and growing partnerships with ecosystem partners.
- Unblock partner dependent challenges to improve customer experience.
What we are looking for:
- 4-8 years of experience in sales or partnerships in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong relationship building and nurturing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly energetic and positive outlook
- Nimbleness to switch between tasks.
- Strong process-orientation
