We are hiring a Partnerships Manager on behalf of one of our clients operating in the AI and enterprise technology ecosystem.
This is a core team role focused on building and scaling a high-leverage partnerships engine that drives enterprise pipeline, brand positioning, and long-term strategic access within frontier AI and high-growth SaaS markets.
The Role
You will own and scale the company’s ecosystem strategy — building trusted relationships with founders, technical leaders, and enterprise decision-makers, while architecting curated, high-signal experiences that convert strategic proximity into measurable revenue impact.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build pipeline through ecosystem influence — not just traditional outbound.
What You’ll Do
- Map and penetrate priority enterprise accounts through ecosystem-led access
- Build direct relationships with founders, CTOs, Heads of AI, and Talent leaders
- Architect curated, high-signal events (private executive gatherings over large conferences)
- Convert ecosystem proximity into qualified enterprise pipeline
- Orchestrate co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners
- Design intentional audience composition aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Own end-to-end event operations: venue selection, sponsorships, branding, sequencing, and follow-up
- Run precision outbound campaigns before and after events (email, LinkedIn, private communities)
- Track performance metrics across introductions, meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue impact
- Feed market intelligence back to leadership and go-to-market teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience generating pipeline through ecosystem and partnerships
- Strong ability to access and influence high-level executive and technical stakeholders
- Clear positioning instincts within AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology markets
- High ownership, structured thinking, and fast execution
- Exceptional communication skills — concise, strategic, and persuasive
- Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and timelines independently
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, X, CRM systems, and modern outbound tooling
Preferred
- Deep network within AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Experience running curated executive or founder-level events
- Background in partnerships, ecosystem strategy, or community-led growth
- Prior collaboration with high-growth or frontier technology companies
