Job Title: Senior Manager- Alliances & Partnerships

We’re hiring a Senior Manager- Alliances & Partnerships for a high-growth a SaaS platform that helps organizations manage compliance and governance. As the Senior Manager- Alliances & Partnerships, your responsibilities would be:
- Nurturing and scaling existing high-value alliances including the Big 4, ICSI, BCAS, and other key partners.
- Strategically expanding the alliance network to include NSE, ICAI, BSE, RailTel, PSUs, and top-tier law firms.
- Activating partner ecosystems through co-selling initiatives, events, and multi-touch engagement to drive awareness.
- Collaborating closely with internal sales teams to ensure partner-led leads result in successful closures.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in alliances, institutional sales, or partnerships within a professional or consulting ecosystem.
- Proven ability to drive quarter-on-quarter revenue growth specifically through partner-led channels.
- Strong existing network across consulting firms and professional institutions.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to step into product demos and client meetings alongside partners.
- Strategic mindset with a heavy focus on execution and the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing partnership programs in a fast-paced environment.
