Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with sponsors, brands, CXOs, schools, and stakeholders for its upcoming event EQUITHON. The role involves managing partner accounts, negotiating partnership terms, tracking success metrics, and ensuring the alignment of partnership goals with The Catalyst Co.’s mission. Effective communication, developing long-term relationships, and identifying new partnership opportunities will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and managing Strategic Partnerships
- Account Management and relationship-building skills
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the education sector or working with youth initiatives is a plus
