Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Partners and Alliance Manager to strengthen our ecosystem and drive indirect revenue. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-value partnerships with OEMs and distributors, leveraging your deep-rooted experience in the IT Infrastructure and Licensing space. Your primary focus will be to align our service offerings with partner goals to create a mutually beneficial sales pipeline.
You will act as the primary liaison between our firm and key stakeholders at organizations like Crayon, Microsoft, or AWS. Responsibilities include negotiating contract terms, conducting joint business planning, and ensuring our sales team is fully enabled on partner programs and incentives. You will also oversee the execution of co-marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility within the partner network.
The ideal candidate possesses a robust network within the IT reseller community and a sophisticated understanding of cloud billing and licensing models. Strong negotiation skills, a data-driven approach to relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures are essential. You must have a proven track record of meeting alliance-driven sales targets and managing multi-vendor portfolios.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Partner Ecosystem Expansion & Onboarding.
- Co-sell Revenue Generation.
- Partner Training and Sales Enablement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Total Indirect Revenue generated through alliances.
- Number of active "Gold" or "Tier-1" partnerships maintained.
- Quarterly Partner Contribution Margin (PCM).
Salary
5.5 - 6.5 LPA Per Month
