As a Data Partnerships Manager, you will drive the expansion and monetization of Proximus Global’s data ecosystem across Digital Identity and Network APIs. You will work closely with mobile network operators, aggregators, and strategic partners to develop high-impact partnerships that enable scalable, API-driven solutions and new data use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and scale strategic partnerships with mobile network operators, aggregators, and data providers
- Own and drive the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification to negotiation, onboarding, and launch
- Lead complex commercial discussions and contribute to structuring scalable and sustainable partnership models
- Support expansion into new markets by identifying and activating high-potential partners
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable new data-driven use cases across digital identity, fraud prevention, and authentication
- Contribute to the development of monetization strategies for data and Network API products
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations
- Provide market intelligence and partner insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Support sales enablement by aligning partnerships with enterprise customer needs
Preferred Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within telecom, data, or API-driven businesses
- Strong experience working with telecom operators and/or data providers across multiple markets
- Proven track record in developing and scaling data partnerships, including market expansion initiatives
- Experience with digital identity, fraud prevention, authentication, or Network API use cases
- Solid commercial acumen, with experience contributing to monetization strategies, pricing models, or business case development
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze KPIs, cost efficiency, and partner performance
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Good understanding of APIs and digital product integrations
- Understanding of data privacy and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR and similar regulations)
- Strong communication skills and experience working in international environments
