Job Title: Partnerships Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to identify, build, and manage strategic collaborations for REAZ. This role is best suited to someone who is strong at outreach, relationship-building, opportunity spotting, and managing partnership conversations from first contact to agreed direction. This is a focused role for a single person, so the core expectation is to bring in and develop the right opportunities, not to run an entire execution team.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify relevant partnership opportunities for REAZ across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, media, and cultural spaces
• Build and maintain relationships with potential collaborators, partners, and key external contacts
• Lead outreach, introductions, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with prospective partners
• Evaluate partnership opportunities based on brand fit, audience relevance, and long-term value
• Develop and present collaboration ideas aligned with REAZ’s positioning and growth direction
• Support the founder in building strategic external relationships and warm introductions
• Manage partnership conversations from initial outreach to commercial or strategic alignment
• Coordinate internally with the founder to keep discussions, priorities, and next steps aligned
• Maintain an organised tracker of conversations, proposals, timelines, and active opportunities
• Keep a pulse on relevant brands, spaces, communities, and networks where REAZ should build presence
Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in partnerships, brand alliances, business development, or strategic collaborations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good brand judgment and understanding of premium or luxury-facing businesses
• Confident in handling external conversations with maturity and clarity
• Organised, proactive, and able to independently manage multiple partnership discussions
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in an early-stage brand environment
• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, hospitality, retail, media, or premium consumer brands will be preferred
