The Partnerships Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and managing
strategic alliances to drive ecosystem growth for the CPaaS business (SMS, WhatsApp,
RCS, Voice, Email APIs, etc.).This role will focus on building and nurturing partnerships with
cloud marketplaces, CRM platforms, SaaS, PaaS, IT & ITES, and Conversational AI
companies to create business opportunities, drive integrations, and accelerate revenue
growth.The ideal candidate should possess a combination of partnership management
capabilities, commercial acumen, and a strong understanding of technology ecosystems
and API-led businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth
• Identify and develop partnerships across cloud marketplaces, CRM companies,
SaaS, PaaS, IT & ITES, and Conversational AI companies.
• Support the execution of the company’s partnership and ecosystem growth strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
2. Partnership Management & Execution
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and
ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnership initiatives.
• Track partner performance through metrics such as pipeline generation, revenue
contribution, and adoption.
3. Commercial Coordination & Negotiations
• Support commercial discussions, proposals, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure alignment on business objectives, operational processes, and scalability.
• Coordinate with legal, product, and finance teams for smooth execution of
agreements.
4. Go-to-Market & Revenue Growth
• Execute joint GTM initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement
activities.
• Work with partners on solution positioning, use cases, and CPaaS adoption
strategies.
• Generate business opportunities through co-selling and ecosystem-driven growth
initiatives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product, and Customer
Success teams.
• Support the Sales team with partner-related solution positioning and market
intelligence.
• Ensure successful delivery and adoption of partner-led solutions.
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or
Ecosystem Management within SaaS, CPaaS, Cloud, or enterprise technology
companies.
• Experience in managing technology or channel partnerships.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and digital
communication solutions.
• Exposure to enterprise negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Experience working on co-selling, GTM initiatives, or partner-driven revenue models.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. A passion for technology, APIs, and modern communication platforms.
