Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Partnerships Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai with flexible work-from-home opportunities. The Partnerships Manager will oversee the development and management of strategic relationships with new and existing partners. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding potential partners, managing accounts to ensure successful partnerships, analyzing data to measure performance, facilitating effective communication between parties, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. The role will focus on fostering strong collaborations to enhance business growth and achievement of shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to build and manage meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Account Management, ensuring successful collaboration and delivery of partner objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and negotiations with partners.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing performance data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both in-office and remote interactions effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus.
