Overview
The Partnerships Manager / Strategic Alliances Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling partner ecosystems across the globe for ManageArtworks’ SaaS platform. This role focuses on driving partner-led pipeline, joint go-to-market initiatives, and strategic alliances that expand market reach and revenue.
Key Deliverables
Partner Strategy & Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel, reseller, and strategic partners across global markets
- Define partner segmentation, value propositions, and engagement models
- Drive partner-led demand generation and pipeline creation
Alliance & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
- Enable partners with training, product knowledge, and sales assets
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations
Joint Go-To-Market
- Plan and execute joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Support partners through co-selling and deal closure
- Track partner performance and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Provide market feedback to Product on partner and customer needs
- Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain partner pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to partner agreements and compliance
- Continuously optimize partner programs and processes
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales
- Strong B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software background
- Experience building and managing international partner ecosystems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate across cultures, regions, and time zones
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Prior experience managing international markets
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms
- Willingness to support global time zones
- Graduate degree required; MBA is a plus
