📣 We’re Hiring — Partnership Manager
- At LeasePacket, we help businesses simplify their IT infrastructure, licensing, and cloud operations with reliability and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager who can build strong relationships and drive meaningful collaborations.
🔷 About the Role
- This is a key position where you’ll be responsible for expanding our partner network, building strategic alliances, and creating new business opportunities. If you enjoy connecting with people and turning partnerships into growth, this role is for you.
🔷 What You’ll Do
• Identify and onboard new partners across cloud, technology, and enterprise domains
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams for joint initiatives
• Track partner performance and ensure consistent results
• Represent LeasePacket at events, conferences, and networking opportunities
🔷 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales (IT/tech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
