KalaSudha is looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us grow and nurture our network of artists across our academy, music releases, and promotional platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, spotting talent, and creating long-term collaborations that benefit both artists and the organisation.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with artists. You will play a key role in expanding KalaSudha’s ecosystem—connecting artists to our academy, supporting music releases, and building promotional opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with artists across India
- Identify and onboard new talent aligned with KalaSudha’s vision
- Collaborate with artists for academy programs, performances, and releases
- Develop partnership opportunities for artist growth and visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of projects
- Maintain long-term engagement and trust with artists
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, client management, or similar roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Interest in music, arts, or creative industries (experience in the field is a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
