Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnerships Manager based in Nagpur. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, nurturing existing partnerships, and managing key accounts to drive growth. The role involves analyzing opportunities, building strong relationships with partners, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met. The ideal candidate will also contribute to developing strategies to expand the organization’s partner ecosystem and identify new revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Experience in building and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships for residential and commercial buildings.
- Empanel residential and commercial buildings for Hoora offerings and services
- Strong Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills for relationship-building and negotiations
- Analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and track performance metrics
- Ability to strategize and execute plans to create valuable partner collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus
Experience and Target Companies
Minimum 5 years experience in partnerships and account management
Must have partnered and onboarded residential societies and commercial complexes
