We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to join our growing international education team. This role will focus on developing and managing agency-to-agency partnerships, enabling expanded access to global medical universities and strengthening student recruitment networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop partnerships with international education agencies to expand their access to global medical universities and strengthening student recruitment networks.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with partner agencies to ensure smooth collaboration
• Expand the university portfolio through strategic agency partnerships
• Coordinate student application processes with partner agencies and ensure efficient communication
• Support internal counseling and admissions teams with accurate university information and updates
• Monitor partnership performance including applications, conversions, and enrollments
• Ensure compliance with university recruitment guidelines and ethical practices
• Coordinate joint activities such as webinars, information sessions, and student outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• years of experience in international education, university partnerships, or agency management
• Strong network within the study abroad / education consultancy sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience coordinating with international universities or partner agencies
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
