About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships across the fintech and NBFC . This role will involve identifying high-impact partners, driving commercial conversations, managing integrations and GTM collaborations, and creating long-term strategic relationships that contribute directly to revenue growth.
You will work closely with the founders, sales, product, and marketing teams to expand the company’s partner ecosystem and unlock new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard strategic partners across fintech, payments, ERP, accounting, SaaS, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, integration partners, consulting firms, and ecosystem enablers.
- Drive partnership-led revenue opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align integrations and partner requirements.
- Create GTM plans with partners including webinars, events, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle — sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and growth.
- Track partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and overall business impact.
- Represent the company in industry events, networking forums, and ecosystem communities.
- Build strategic alliances that improve market reach and customer acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or strategic sales.
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, enterprise tech, or B2B technology companies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ecosystem partnerships and revenue-driven collaborations.
- Ability to independently manage commercial discussions and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with founders or leadership teams is a plus.
Good to Have
- Experience managing integration or technology partnerships.
- Existing network within fintech, ERP, accounting, or SaaS ecosystems.
- Exposure to enterprise sales motions and channel-led growth.
