Job details:
Clinvvo is a fast-growing Swedish health-tech SaaS company building cutting-edge AI solutions for healthcare. Our international team across Sweden and India brings together clinicians, entrepreneurs, and technologists from leading institutions and companies, including IIT and IIM alumni and professionals with experience at organisations such as Meta and Adobe.
Already trusted by 200+ hospitals and clinics across Sweden and Germany, we help healthcare providers digitize care delivery, automate clinical documentation, improve patient experience, and reduce administrative costs. Clinvvo is a profitable and rapidly growing company with a clear financial runway for the foreseeable future, and we are currently in the process of securing our next round of funding to accelerate our expansion across Europe, India, the UK, and the US.
As a small, fast-growing global team, we thrive on entrepreneurial energy. We are looking for someone who can work directly with the leadership team to keep execution sharp, priorities clear, and projects moving at speed.
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of commercial partnerships and investor relations, and is central to two of Clinvvo's key growth levers: building new strategic partnerships and revenue streams, and fueling the company's next phase of fundraising.
On the Partnerships side, you will own the full lifecycle of key commercial relationships: identifying and closing new strategic partners, onboarding them onto our platform for recurring revenue, and being their trusted long-term point of contact. You will also shape how we price and package our commercial offerings, ensure our practices meet relevant data protection and compliance standards (including EU regulations), and help us pass every external compliance audit.
On the Investor Relations side, you will help build and manage relationships with healthcare-focused investors and VCs, prepare and deliver investor pitches, support company valuation exercises, and translate investor feedback into real organizational change.
Few people get to operate across both revenue-facing commercial partnerships and strategic investor relations. The impact of your work will be measured through new revenue unlocked, well-managed key-account relationships, audit-ready compliance, and successful capital raised to fuel Clinvvo's growth.
Prior experience across both commercial partnerships and investor relations is not a strict prerequisite. We are looking for a capable commercial operator with a solid foundation in partnerships or business development, and the motivation to grow into the investor-relations and valuation aspects of the role.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or investment banking/VC/corporate development
• Proven hands-on experience closing commercial deals and managing key client accounts as the primary point of contact
• Proven experience onboarding clients onto a platform or product for recurring revenue
• Proficiency in competitive/pricing benchmarking and translating customer feedback into product requirements
• Working knowledge of data protection and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR), especially as applied to regulated industries
• Experience preparing investor materials (pitch decks, financial models) and presenting to investors or leadership
• High sense of accountability, clear communication, and the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
The following skills are advantageous but not required. Candidates with strong fundamentals and the motivation to develop these capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS businesses
• Experience with data privacy/compliance standards and managing external audits
• Hands-on experience conducting company valuations (DCF, comparables, or venture-stage valuation methods)
• Existing network of healthcare-focused investors or VCs
• Experience driving cross-functional organizational change based on external stakeholder feedback
• Prior exposure to regulated industries
Why This Role
• High visibility impact: Directly influence two of Clinvvo’s most critical growth levers, new revenue and fundraising.
• End-to-end ownership: Take full responsibility from client acquisition and onboarding through to long-term account management, and from investor outreach through to pitch and valuation.
• Growth in a specialized field: Receive meaningful support and investment in developing deep expertise in strategic partnerships and investor relations.
• A meaningful mission: Better software for healthcare translates directly into better care for patients.
• A rapidly expanding company: Join a clinician-founded company at a stage where your contributions will have a visible and lasting impact.
Clinvvo is building the future of care delivery, and the partnerships that will help us get there.
