As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Manager– Community, Partnerships & Events to drive growth through strong partnerships, impactful events, and community building.

We’re looking for someone who can take Bhanzu beyond ads — into schools, communities, and real-world conversations.
Someone who can build strong partnerships, exciting events, and communities people actually want to be part of.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build partnerships with schools, institutions, and organizations
- Plan and run events, workshops, and on-ground campaigns
- Create and grow communities of students, parents, and educators
- Turn users into fans and advocates of Bhanzu
- Help Bhanzu expand into new cities and global markets
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or business roles
- Someone who has built things from scratch (and enjoys it!)
- Strong people skills – you can connect, influence, and close
- A doer mindset – not just ideas, but execution
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
