As we accelerate our go-to-market in the US healthcare sector, we are looking for a seasoned Account Executive who understands the healthcare landscape deeply from payers and providers to health-tech vendors and knows how to sell transformative AI solutions to complex, compliance-driven organizations.
Role Summary
As Partnerships Manager for Healthcare, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate RagaAI's growth within the US healthcare ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to structure win-win alliances, co-sell motions, and integration partnerships that expand RagaAI's reach and value within healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development
- Identify, prospect, and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities across EHR vendors (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), health IT integrators, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP healthcare), consulting firms, and managed care organizations.
- Lead end-to-end partnership development from initial outreach and business case development through contract negotiation, onboarding, and go-to-market execution.
- Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline with clear milestones, revenue potential, and strategic value for each partner.
- Negotiate partnership agreements including co-sell arrangements, referral agreements, technology integrations, and joint go-to-market plans.
- Partner Enablement & Growth
- Develop partner enablement materials playbooks, sales kits, demo assets, and training programs — to help partners effectively position and sell RagaAI.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess pipeline health, unblock deals, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to co-sell and co-close deals sourced through partner channels, acting as the connective tissue between RagaAI and partner sales teams.
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue contribution, and partner satisfaction metrics.
- Ecosystem & Market Building
- Represent RagaAI at key healthcare and health IT industry events (HIMSS, ViVE, HLTH, AWS re:Invent Healthcare) to cultivate partner relationships and build brand presence.
- Stay current on the US healthcare technology landscape trends in AI adoption, regulatory shifts (FDA, ONC), reimbursement changes, and competitive dynamics to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
- Serve as an internal advocate for partners, feeding market intelligence and partner feedback into product and marketing strategy.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances with at least 3 years focused on the US healthcare technology market.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing technology or channel partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem (EHR vendors, payers, health IT, digital health).
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare market key players, purchasing dynamics, regulatory environment (HIPAA, ONC, FDA), and health IT standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with technology or channel partners, including co-sell motions.
- Strong existing network of relationships with decision-makers at healthcare technology companies, health systems, or consulting firms.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex partnership agreements and manage multi-stakeholder relationships across legal, product, and executive teams.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change; thrives in a startup environment with evolving priorities.
