🧩 About the Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to scale a high-performance Power Dialer solution by building partnerships with VoIP providers, CRM platforms, and outbound sales tools.
This role focuses on driving growth through white-label and embedded partnerships, helping partners offer a powerful outbound calling solution to their customers.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard VoIP providers, CRM tools, and sales platforms as partners
- Pitch the Power Dialer as a white-label / embedded solution
- Run demos tailored for outbound sales teams, call centers, and collections teams
- Own the full cycle: outreach → demos → onboarding → revenue growth
- Enable partners to resell and deploy the solution effectively
- Build and manage a strong partner pipeline
- Collaborate with product teams on integrations (CRM, workflows, reporting)
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS / Partnerships / Business Development
- Strong understanding of outbound calling / call center workflows
- Experience with Power Dialers, Auto Dialers, or Sales Calling Tools
- Ability to sell ROI-driven solutions (connect rates, talk time, conversions)
- Excellent communication skills (experience with global/US clients preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment
