Position- Partnerships Growth Manager for Series A funded Fintech startup
Current Exp in Brokerage firm is mandatory
Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi/ Pune
Experience: 5+ years in offline partnerships, sub-broker networks, channel sales, or fintech brokerage relationships.
About the Role: Company is building India’s most powerful mobile-first trading platform for active traders. This role aimed at onboarding and scaling online & offline partner networks — including trading coaches, community admins, finance creators, and franchise partners. In this role, you will own end-to-end lifecycle management of Company Partner: outreach → onboarding → activation → performance → retention.
💼 What you’ll do
● Identify and onboard online & offline partners
● Expand partner network
● Handle partner onboarding, KYC & agreements
● Track performance: users, activation, brokerage
● Drive partner activation & recurring engagement
● Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product & Finance teams
What we’re looking for
● Experience in offline partnerships / franchisee relationships / channel sales
● Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and build trust in business relationships
● Understanding of trading/brokerage ecosystem (preferred)
● Willingness for on-ground engagement: partner visits, events, meetups
● Comfortable with field activity & travel
