Collaborating with over 40 CSR partners, government bodies, and communities, Ennoble has positively impacted over 158 schools, reaching more than 20,000 students. Their initiatives include school infrastructure revamp, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facilities, competency-based education, STEM and digital education programs, skilling, and Anganwadi transformations. Recognized globally with accolades such as the Times CSR Award 2025, Ennoble aims to scale its Holistic School Transformation Program to 5,000 schools by 2027.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Partnerships Coordinator. The Partnerships Coordinator will develop and nurture strategic partnerships with CSR donors, government bodies, and stakeholders to advance the mission of Ennoble Social Innovation. Responsibilities include managing partnerships from acquisition to implementation, contributing to project planning and execution, and driving alignment among stakeholders to ensure impactful outcomes. Additionally, the coordinator will engage in collaborative communication and create compelling proposals to secure new opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Partnerships, developing and maintaining Strategic Partnerships
- Strong Communication abilities, particularly in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination of initiatives
- Ability to conduct Sales-related activities, such as developing proposals and identifying funding opportunities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
- Passion for social causes and an understanding of the CSR landscape in India
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
