About KnowThyWithin
We're a mental wellness company that partners with organizations to build healthier, happier, and more emotionally resilient workplaces through workshops, wellness initiatives, and customized employee wellbeing programs.
We're now looking for someone who can help us take these conversations to more organizations across India.
What you'll do
ā¢ Identify and reach out to HR, L&D, People Success, and leadership teams across organizations.
ā¢ Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
ā¢ Book and conduct discovery calls.
ā¢ Understand organizational challenges and recommend relevant wellness solutions.
ā¢ Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
ā¢ Build long-term partnershipsānot just close one-time workshops.
ā¢ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.
ā¢ Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Who we're looking for
ā 1ā3 years of experience in Corporate Sales or B2B Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships.
ā Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, and demonstrated sales success.
ā Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
ā Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
ā Self-driven, proactive, and organized.
ā Someone who enjoys creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.
Experience in selling services, training, HR solutions, consulting, SaaS, or corporate learning will be an added advantage. Experience in the field and/or BPO is a bonus.
Experience in the mental health industry is not mandatory.
