At Born To Banger, we create unforgettable corporate events, workshops, celebrations, and experiential activities. We're looking for a motivated professional who can build long-term business relationships and help us expand our partner network.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with event management companies, corporate HR teams, admin teams, marketing agencies, hotels, venues, schools, colleges, and other business partners.
- Identify and onboard new partners and referral sources.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, meetings, and outreach.
- Conduct client presentations and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Represent Born To Banger at networking events and industry meetups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and business development activities.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in meeting new people and developing business opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales, or the event industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
Compensation
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
🎯 Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹1,00,000+ per month based on your business performance. There is no upper earning limit for exceptional performers.
