Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Partnerships Associate. Responsibilities include cultivating and managing relationships with healthcare and travel partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination of services. Additional tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experiences and contributing to the development of strategic partnerships that align with our values.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and partnership-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficiency in research and data analysis to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges and propose solutions
- Familiarity with the healthcare and travel industries is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related disciplines).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or related roles.
- Freshers from a healthcare / life sciences / medical background who are interested in building a career in the healthcare industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commute to the assigned office location.
- Availability to join within 2–4 weeks.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or customer interaction processes is preferred.
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and professional interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to or fluency in any foreign language will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools is desirable.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
