Job Title: Partnerships and Engagement Coord

LOOP is a waste management company focused on creating a cleaner and more sustainable future. We work with non-bulk waste generators such as hotels, cafes, and residential communities to collect dry waste and electronic waste, ensuring it is responsibly sent for recycling. Our mission is to simplify waste collection while driving real environmental impact.
Role Overview
- We are looking for a Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator who will help us expand LOOP’s network by onboarding and managing relationships with businesses and communities. This is a highly on-ground role for someone who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to sustainability.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners such as cafes, hotels, and residential communities
- Onboard new partners for dry waste and e-waste collection services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Coordinate on-site visits and ensure smooth engagement with clients
- Educate partners on waste segregation and LOOP’s recycling process
- Represent LOOP at local events, communities, and networking spaces
- Support execution of engagement drives and awareness initiatives
Who You Are
- Passionate about sustainability and environmental impact
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with on-site work and field visits in and around Kengeri
- Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative
- Prior experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement is a plus
