Job Title: Partnerships & Business Development Associate
About the Role:
KINETIQ is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven individual to lead partnerships and business development initiatives. The role involves building strategic collaborations with corporates, schools, sports academies, doctors, fitness brands, wellness professionals, and community networks to help expand KINETIQ’s reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities for KINETIQ
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, institutions, gyms, coaches, doctors, and wellness partners
• Coordinate tie-ups, events, wellness camps, and outreach activities
• Support brand growth through strategic collaborations and community engagement
• Track leads, proposals, and partnership outcomes
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or client relations
• MBA or background in healthcare, wellness, physiotherapy, fitness, or sports is a bonus
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and growth-oriented
• Passion for health, fitness, and community building preferred
