About the Rol
Slikk is hiring a Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to build strategic, low-CAC growth channels through banks, payment apps, consumer startups, app ecosystems, and affiliate partners.
The primary focus of this role will be to crack high-leverage partnerships with banks, wallets, UPI/payment apps, and consumer internet/startup ecosystems that can drive new users, first orders, checkout conversion, and contribution-efficient growth.
Affiliate, coupon, creator, campus, event, and loyalty partnerships will also be owned by this role, but the core expectation is to build partnerships that do not come inbound easily and require strong outreach, negotiation, and execution.
What you will
- Build Slikk’s strategic partnership engine across banks, payment apps, consumer startups, app ecosystems, and affiliate channels
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close high-leverage partnerships that drive new users and first orders
- Build partnership pipelines across banks, wallets, UPI apps, credit card networks, fintechs, and consumer apps
- Create co-marketing proposals, offer structures, and campaign plans for strategic partners
- Own partner-led acquisition, CAC, first orders, repeat quality, and contribution efficiency
- Work with Product, Tech, and Analytics on coupon codes, tracking links, attribution, payment offers, and campaign measurement
- Work with Category and CRM on partner-specific offers, collections, sale events, and user journeys
- Own secondary channels like creator affiliate, coupon/cashback networks, events, loyalty platforms, and student partnerships
- Build weekly reporting on partner pipeline, live campaigns, partner CAC, conversion, repeat, and contribution
- Avoid cannibalisation by measuring incremental acquisition and partner-level quality
We’re looking
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, growth, or affiliate marketing
- Strong experience or network across banks, payment apps, wallets, fintechs, consumer apps, or startup partnerships
- Ability to create partner pipelines from scratch and close outbound partnerships
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up discipline
- Understanding of CAC, attribution, coupon tracking, conversion, repeat, and campaign ROI
- Comfortable working with Growth, Product, Tech, Category, CRM, Analytics, Finance, and external partners
- Strong commercial thinking and execution ownership
Good to
- Existing relationships with banks, wallets, UPI apps, fintechs, payment aggregators, consumer startups, or app ecosystems
- Experience building co-branded campaigns or payment-led offers
- Experience in ecommerce, fashion, marketplace, D2C, fintech, food, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer apps
- Understanding of affiliate networks, coupon/cashback platforms, and partner tracking
- Ability to build basic partner pitch decks and campaign proposals
