Partnerships & Growth Associate
We are looking for a highly driven individual to build and scale our campus and creator
partnerships for UGC NET exam category.
This role is focused on outreach, relationship-building, and driving outcomes—you will
work directly with students, faculty, and content creators across India to promote our
offerings and generate enrollments.

What You’ll Do
• Identify and reach out to students across colleges to onboard them as campus
ambassadors
• Build and manage a network of active ambassadors and ensure they consistently drive
awareness and registrations
• Connect with college faculty and subject experts to onboard them as partners
• Maintain strong relationships with faculty and ensure ongoing engagement and
activity
• Identify and reach out to UGC NET educators, aspirants, and relevant content creators
on YouTube and Instagram
• Pitch collaboration and affiliate opportunities, and close partnerships
• Coordinate with partners to ensure they actively promote and deliver results
• Identify successful UGC NET candidates and onboard them for testimonials
• Coordinate and collect testimonial content (video/text) for marketing use
• Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Maintain a structured pipeline of conversations, follow-ups, and partnerships
• Follow up consistently to convert interested prospects into active partners
• Track partner activity and ensure they are contributing to registrations and
enrollments
Who You Are
• 0–2 years experience
• Comfortable with cold outreach and frequent communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proactive and execution-focused
• Able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
• Comfortable working with targets and ownership
• Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube ecosystems
Good to Have
• Exposure to ed-tech / UGC NET / competitive exams
• Experience in sales, partnerships, or campus programs
