Role Description
As a Partnership & Fundraising Lead at Cultural Exchanges®, you will manage and cultivate strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives to support the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with donors and sponsors, creating and executing fundraising campaigns, and managing collaborations with external organizations and partners. You will work closely with team members to drive engagement and maximize the impact of cultural initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for remote work on select days.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership development and fundraising strategy.
- Strong skills in networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in business development, donor engagement, and proposal writing.
- Understanding of the art and cultural sectors and a passion for supporting social impact initiatives through creative collaborations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a hybrid setup, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts Administration, or a related field.
