About Udaan Scholars
Udaan Scholars is a growing education consultancy platform that connects students with the right colleges through career counselling, admission support, and scholarship guidance.
We are expanding our network of partner institutes across India and looking for a dedicated Partnership Development Intern to support this growth.
As a Partnership Development Intern, you will be responsible for connecting with colleges and institutes across India and building strategic partnerships with Udaan Scholars.
This is a target-driven role where you will directly contribute to expanding our institute network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with colleges and institutes across India
- Make calls to institute representatives and explain the benefits of partnering with Udaan Scholars
- Build and maintain professional communication with institutes
- Collect required documents such as:
- Brochure
- Fee structure
- Marketing materials
- Other relevant details
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between institute representatives and higher management
- Maintain proper records of all interactions and updates
- Ensure smooth follow-up until partnership discussion is completed
Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Ability to explain and pitch partnership benefits clearly
- Disciplined and consistent with daily tasks
- Able to dedicate minimum 4 hours per day
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets for record keeping
