About the Role


We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to support the growth and management of strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and working closely with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential partners aligned with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing partners and ensure strong relationships
  • Assist in negotiating partnership terms and coordinating agreements
  • Track partnership performance and prepare regular reports and insights
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute joint initiatives
  • Support partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement
  • Research market trends and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities


Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, sales, or a related role
  • Based in Mumbai or Bangalore
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance metrics
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with startups, SaaS, fintech, or consumer tech companies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership tracking systems
  • Basic understanding of contracts and commercial discussions
