🚀 About The Role
We’re building a high-impact Partnership function at Bynry to accelerate growth across US utilities through the right ecosystem.
As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will own the lifecycle of strategic partners — from identification and onboarding to activation and revenue contribution.
You will work closely with DBE/MBE firms, utility consultants, and technology/service partners to unlock RFP access, co-selling opportunities, and compliant deal structures.
Your role is to ensure partners are not just onboarded — but activated, engaged, and contributing to pipeline and wins.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a partner portfolio across DBE/MBE/SBE firms, consultants, and ecosystem players in US utilities
- Drive partner lifecycle: sourcing → onboarding → enablement → co-sell → deal support
- Identify and qualify partners for RFP collaboration and compliance positioning
- Create and maintain a structured engagement cadence (check-ins, pipeline syncs, joint planning)
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Pre-sales, Product) to align partner-led opportunities
- Enable partners with collateral, pitch narratives, and use-case positioning
- Track and report partner-sourced pipeline, influence, and win contribution
- Identify high-potential partners and build deeper co-sell and workshare models
📊 What Success Looks Like
- 2 partners onboarded every month
- 20 partner meetings every month
- 5–10 active partners contributing to pipeline within first 6 months
- ≥2–3 RFP collaborations per quarter
- Clear visibility of partner pipeline, stage, and contribution
🧠 What You Bring
- 4–7 years in partnerships, business development, or alliances (preferably B2B SaaS or consulting ecosystem)
- Management degree as this role demands engagement and relationships management.
- Understanding of US market dynamics (experience with utilities, public sector, or RFP-driven sales is a strong plus)
- Ability to identify and build relationships with DBE/MBE/SBE partners and consultants
- Strong communication and outreach skills — can drive conversations with external stakeholders
- Structured thinking — able to manage multiple partners, track engagement, and drive outcomes
- High ownership mindset — able to work across time zones (India–US) and drive momentum
