About the Role
• Build the State Exams category from 0 to 1, owning growth and visibility across
channels.
• Execute and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives, including identifying,
onboarding, and managing partners
• Plan and run end-to-end marketing campaigns such as emailers, push notifications,
and other lifecycle initiatives
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, user behavior
insights, and growth levers
• Build and manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms with a focus on
organic/inorganic growth and engagement
• Drive user acquisition, registrations, and conversion through data-driven experiments
and campaign iterations
• Support trust-building initiatives through content, partnerships, and consistent
communication strategies
• Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to execute campaigns and
improve user journeys
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying actionable insights
for continuous improvement
• Work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of outcomes and adapting
quickly to new challenges
Requirements
• Strong foundational understanding of marketing across channels (performance,
content, partnerships, lifecycle)
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build from
scratch
• Analytical thinking with comfort in working with data to drive decisions
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Interest in education, competitive exams, or edtech ecosystem is a plus
