We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion for Scry AI. This role is critical in developing partner ecosystems and enabling successful collaboration across channels.
Role Overview
As a Partner Program Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for designing and executing partner programs, managing relationships with strategic partners, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partners are enabled, aligned, and contributing to business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, relationship-driven, and experienced in building and managing partner ecosystems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Program Development & Strategy
- Design and manage partner programs, frameworks, and engagement models
- Define partner onboarding, enablement, and performance processes
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimize partner ecosystems
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagement
- Drive partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration
Go-to-Market & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners
- Align partner initiatives with sales and marketing goals
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue through partner channels
Partner Enablement & Support
- Provide training, resources, and tools to enable partner success
- Ensure partners understand product capabilities and positioning
- Support partners in deal execution and customer engagement
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution
- Track KPIs and provide insights for program improvement
- Continuously refine partner strategies based on data and feedback
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in partner management, alliances, or channel sales
- Experience building and managing partner programs
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance
