CompareTrips is a travel discovery platform that helps users find and compare trusted Instagram-based travel providers offering curated group trips across India and nearby destinations. Our focus is on building a reliable network of verified travel partners and simplifying trip discovery for modern travellers.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Partner Onboarding & Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding travel partners onto the CompareTrips platform. This is a target-driven role that combines sales, communication, and relationship management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to travel operators (primarily via Instagram, calls, WhatsApp, zoom)
- Present and explain the CompareTrips platform to potential partners
- Onboard new travel partners and guide them through the onboarding process
- Collect and verify trip details (pricing, itineraries, departure dates, inclusions)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners
- Ensure partners regularly update trip information
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and onboarding status
👤 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, or related field preferred)
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data entry/tracking, Word for documentation)
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet for partner discussions
- Ability to conduct simple online demos/presentations to explain the platform to partners
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic internet tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales conversations
- Basic understanding of Instagram and digital platforms
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a startup environment
- Ability to work from the office full-time
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹200–₹300 per valid onboarding
- Performance-based incentives per successful onboarding
