We're looking for a Partner Office Intern who enjoys working with both people and ideas.
This role combines HR & Recruitment with Content, Design, and Business Operations. You'll help us find great talent while also contributing to how we communicate, build systems, and operate as a growing company.
You'll work directly with leadership in a small team where ownership matters more than job titles.
Remote (India) | Full-Time | 6-Month Internship
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
HR & Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Maintain hiring pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Content, Design & Business Operations
- Write job descriptions, internal documents, and business content
- Design recruitment and employer branding creatives using Canva
- Create LinkedIn and social media content
- Research new tools, AI products, and industry trends
- Support internal operations and special projects
- Contribute to newsletters and AI-related content as the business grows
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident communicator who can represent the company professionally
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Good design sense and working knowledge of Canva
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working across different functions

- Basic video editing (nice to have)
