Job Summary
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement, collaboration, and revenue growth with our strategic partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to strengthen partner relationships, enhance co-marketing initiatives, and maximize business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partner marketing strategies to drive joint growth and brand visibility.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing content and sales enablement materials for partners.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts for better results.
- Develop and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve customer retention.
- Manage partner on boarding, training, and engagement programs.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and strategies for market expansion.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue through partnerships.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystems
Skills & Requirements
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic alliances.
- Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms and digital marketing channels.
