About the role:
Zigment works with leading agencies and platforms to help enterprises improve how they acquire, engage and convert customers across channels such as WhatsApp, web, voice, email and CRM. We are looking for a Partner Growth Manager – Agencies whose job is to turn our agency partnerships into a consistent source of pipeline and revenue. This is not a traditional partnerships role focused on signing agreements and maintaining relationships. You will work closely with our agency partners after the partnership is established, identify opportunities across their client portfolio, enable their teams to position Zigment, and jointly take solutions to market. You should be commercially strong, comfortable working with senior agency teams, and understand performance marketing and MarTech well enough to identify where customer journeys are breaking and where Zigment can create measurable impact.
What you will own
- Build strong working relationships across our agency partners, including leadership, performance teams, account management, strategy and client servicing teams.
- Map agency client portfolios and identify accounts where Zigment can solve meaningful business problems.
- Create joint account plans with agencies and maintain a clear pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities.
- Run enablement sessions and workshops so agency teams understand Zigment's capabilities and can identify relevant use cases independently.
- Work with agency teams to develop pitches, client proposals and new solutions.
- Join agency teams in strategic client conversations and help convert identified opportunities into qualified pipeline.
- Develop repeatable propositions around areas such as lead conversion, Click-to-WhatsApp, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, reactivation, first-party data and conversational journeys.
- Work closely with Zigment's sales, solutions, product and marketing teams to move partner opportunities from idea to deployment.
- Create case studies, playbooks and industry-specific propositions that make it easier for partners to take Zigment to their clients.
- Track partner activity, pipeline, conversion and revenue and continuously identify where partnerships need additional activation.
- Identify opportunities for joint events, workshops, campaigns and go-to-market initiatives with partners. What we are looking for We are looking for someone with approximately 5–9 years of experience across partnerships, agency growth, digital marketing, MarTech, AdTech, performance marketing or related roles.
- Experience working with digital, media or performance marketing agencies, either from within an agency or as a technology/platform partner.
- A strong understanding of how agencies work, including client servicing, performance teams, strategy teams and business leadership.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing concepts including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, funnel optimisation, attribution and lifecycle marketing.
