ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a high-calibre Executive Search Partner to own end-to-end search mandates for CXO, VP, and Director-level roles across our growing client portfolio. This is a senior individual-contributor position with a clear path to practice or geography leadership for high performers. The role demands a hunter mindset, deep sector knowledge, and the executive presence to advise both clients and candidates at the highest level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Execution & Delivery
• Own the full search lifecycle for senior and C-suite mandates — from brief intake, research, and talent mapping through candidate outreach, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Manage 6–10 concurrent executive search mandates without compromising quality or agreed timelines.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and deliver succinct, insight-rich candidate assessment reports to clients.
• Build and maintain a proprietary network of C-suite and functional leaders across target industries.
Client Management & Advisory
• Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of 8–12 active client accounts, including founders, board members, and CHROs.
• Provide regular search-progress updates and proactive market intelligence to keep clients informed and confident.
• Craft compelling opportunity narratives and employer value propositions that resonate with senior passive candidates.
• Deliver talent intelligence reports, compensation benchmarks, and market-mapping decks as value-added advisory services.
Business Development
• Proactively identify prospective clients, build senior relationships, and convert leads into signed retainer mandates.
• Prepare and deliver search proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client context and hiring challenges.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs on mandates closed, revenue generated, and client satisfaction (NPS) scores.
• Represent Trinity Global Workforce at industry forums, HR conclaves, and senior networking events.
Team & Operations
• Collaborate with and mentor junior researchers and associates, providing quality oversight on research deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of Trinity's methodologies, tools, and candidate database infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or senior talent acquisition with a proven track record of closing VP+ and CXO-level mandates.
• Prior experience at a boutique executive search firm, HR consulting practice, or an in-house leadership hiring function.
• Demonstrated ability to independently originate, pitch, win, and deliver search mandates from initial brief to placement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging and advising board members, promoters, founders, and C-suite executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent-mapping or research tools.
Preferred
• Sector expertise in BFSI, FMCG..
• Additional exposure to technology, fintech, healthcare, or consumer / retail , solar, infrastructure sectors is highly valued.
• Experience working in or with startup or high-growth environments where speed, adaptability, and ownership mindset are essential.
• MBA or Post-Graduate qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline.
