Job details:
Partner Success + Sales | Full-time, on-site | Bengaluru
At Fieldr Sports, we’re building a B2B marketplace for sports facilities—from specialist builders and turf to lighting, safety enclosures and training equipment. Our goal: make the journey from concept to court a whole lot simpler.
We’re looking for someone who can turn “great to meet you” into “great working with you.” You’ll bring partners onto Fieldr Sports, help them win business and keep projects moving.
What you’ll do
- Find and onboard builders, manufacturers and suppliers.
- Get their storefronts looking sharp: profiles, listings, images, pricing and all.
- Be the person partners call when they need help—or spot a new opportunity.
- Manage your sales pipeline, support bids and close deals.
- Spot smart cross-sell and upsell opportunities for partners and buyers.
- Keep RFPs, quotes, orders and project milestones on track.
- Tell our product and marketing teams what partners actually need.
You’ll fit right in if you have experience in B2B sales, customer success or account management; can build relationships without reading from a script; and are organized enough to juggle several partners and projects. Marketplace, construction or sports infrastructure experience is a bonus. So is being comfortable with a CRM and a spreadsheet.
Interested? Email your résumé to mahesh@fieldrsports.com, along with a few lines about a partner you onboarded, an account you grew, or a project you brought across the finish line. Tell us what you made happen.
