Role Overview
The client is looking for a driven Partner Engagement Manager to represent the organization at key industry events, build and nurture strategic relationships, and directly contribute to pipeline growth across domestic and international markets.
This role will focus on activating event and partner channels to boost visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and strengthen ecosystem relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to convert engagements into measurable business impact.
The role requires regular event attendance, field evangelism, and continuous community outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Event Representation & Evangelism
- Represent the client at industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, and workshops
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and discussions tailored to target audiences
- Build brand visibility through active networking and thought leadership
Lead Generation & Pipeline Contribution
- Drive high-quality lead generation from events and engagements
- Ensure leads are qualified, tracked, and managed through CRM systems
- Contribute directly to pipeline growth
Partner Engagement & Joint Activities
- Represent the client in partner-led initiatives and co-marketing events
- Build and nurture partner relationships as long-term referral channels
- Collaborate with partners on go-to-market (GTM) activities and campaigns
Relationship Building & Follow-Up
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects post-events
- Drive structured follow-ups to improve conversions and ensure smooth sales hand-offs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and event strategies
- Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, events, partner engagement, business development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS/Tech)
- Proven track record of representing a brand externally and generating leads through events and partner channels
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
