Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to support the development and expansion of our Partner Ecosystem across India. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing healthcare partners and vendors, while building strong relationships that contribute to business growth, service quality, and operational efficiency.
The role will work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, specialists, medical equipment suppliers, medical consumable suppliers, and other healthcare vendors to build a robust network that supports business expansion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Network Development
· Identify, onboard, and manage healthcare partners and vendors across hospitals, diagnostics centers, clinics, specialists, and suppliers.
· Expand the partner network across geographies, specialties, and service lines to ensure comprehensive coverage.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to support long-term collaboration.
Partner Empanelment & Onboarding
· Manage the end-to-end partner empanelment process, including onboarding, documentation, and validation of partner credentials.
· Ensure all partner registrations and associations are accurate and compliant with company standards.
Ecosystem Expansion & Planning
· Plan and execute partner ecosystem expansion strategies aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
· Identify new opportunities to expand partner coverage and improve service reach.
· Contribute ideas to improve the overall business scale-up strategy and partner engagement model.
Partner Relationship Management
· Act as a primary point of contact for partner communication and support.
· Address and resolve partner escalations in a timely and effective manner.
· Ensure partners are supported to meet business goals and service expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Participate in business performance reviews and monitor partner network performance.
· Identify improvement areas and ensure partner ecosystem metrics remain within expected benchmarks.
· Track network coverage, engagement levels, and partner contributions to business growth.
Supply Chain & Operational Coordination
· Support the management of the PAN India partner supply chain, ensuring availability of services and vendor support.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery through the partner ecosystem.
Systems & Process Improvement
· Identify requirements for partner portals, escalation mechanisms, and process improvements.
· Help develop data-driven and repeatable processes to improve partner management efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
· 3–4 years of experience in partner network management, vendor management, healthcare partnerships, or related roles.
· Experience working with healthcare providers, vendors, or service networks preferred.
· Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple partners across geographies.
· Comfortable with on-field partner engagement as well as virtual coordination.
· Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Multiple Locations (PAN India)
Compensation: 4 - 6 LPA + 15% Variable Allowance
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (as per business requirements)
